3-2-1 Cake

Most of you know I am doing Weight Watchers. I love it. I lost weight, feel great, and know I can live the rest of my life this way. No fads! No Crazy food! I just love it. There are days I just have to have some yummy sweetness.

I found a recipe for 3-2-1 Cake. It is like a mug cake and it is wonderful. DIVINE!
3 TBL of Cake Mix (check link to see mix)
2 TBL of water
1 Minute Cook Time

The link to the recipe is here. It is so simple. I mean TRULY simple. Low calorie, and Low Smart Points.

This cake is perfect for those not doing weight watchers due to the smaller portion, low fat, and lower sugar content. Even if you do not do WW's this is a great low calorie treat to fix a craving.

I topped mine with whipped cream and topping. Took me 1 minute to make. No LIE!

  2. Chrissy, WOW what a sweet idea! I did follow the link and read the ingredients/recipe and it sounds much better than those cake in mug things from Duncan Hines. I love how they included different variations as well. Thank you!
