Egg McMuffins (Weight Watcher Friendly) & Good Morning!

Good morning! Or evening wherever you are located! This morning was misty, and warm with a slight breeze. I decided to take my morning reading outside. It was a nice morning but it didn't last long enough. Some days I wish I could just linger for as long as I really want.

I made me a WW friendly Egg McMuffin yesterday and the kids wanted one this morning. I whipped them up some and they really enjoyed them.

Weight Watcher Friendly Egg McMuffin (4 Smart Points)

Thomas Light Multi Grain (100 cal) English muffins or any will do if you aren't counting points
1 egg scrambled
1/4 cup of fat free cheddar cheese but for my children I  used Colby cheese slices
1 piece of Canadian bacon

While making your eggs, toast your muffin. Then layer all the ingredients on muffin once egg is cooked. Enjoy!

This literally took me under 10 minutes to do! They had a yummy breakfast. Beats cereal!

Speaking of healthy breakfasts, lunches, and dinners! I am in need of inspiration for my family. I know everyone has different views on "healthy" eating. I am looking for basic, simple, FRUGAL meals that do not have weird ingredients.

  1. I love scrambled eggs, breakfast burritos, french toast.

  2. My go to meal is grilled chicken (marinated in 1/2 cup ff zesty italian dressing, 1 tsp lime juice and 2 Tbs honey), I serve with green beans or brocolli and then a small starch side.

  3. My kids love bean hot dish, spaghetti,taco salad or nachos, quesadillas, burritoes, bean soups, chicken soup.
