This week has been slow for me. I have intentionally planned it that way. I have been trying to get deeper in the Word and prayer. Lots of time has been spent in the Word for me as I am seeking for answers to a personal need.
I also have enjoyed green smoothies this summer. I made packs for the freezer. Best thing I have done. This one was mango, kale, spinach, pineapple, and banana. It really was yummy.
Do you like smoothies? What is one of your favorites? What are you studying in the Word?
Blessings!
Good morning, I need to get back to smoothies but mine won’t be green.
ReplyDeleteI am doing a Bible in a year on an app, but I’ve missed and it’s going to take more than a year.
Last year I did read in one year. This year I started and got behind to so now I am just reading where I feel led.
DeleteI hope you enjoy your slow week! I like green smoothies too! Yours sounds awesome. I like them with pineapple especially, and as much spinach as I can pack in.
ReplyDeleteI like pineapple and mango together more than my berries one. Thanks.
DeleteI LOVE smoothies!

DeleteHi, I'm a newbie here :) I do like smoothees, frozen strawberries with greek yoghurt and almond milk. Bible reading: going slowly through the gospel of Mark and also reading 'The Imitation of Christ' (during quiet time. ~ Linda
ReplyDeleteLinda...a BIG welcome!! Thank you for visiting. The Imitation of Christ sounds good. Whose it by?
DeleteI was in a scary car accident on June 13th and have been studying the book of Job since then. It’s an amazing story. I realized that his rambling friends were declared in the end by God to have been in error. That’s funny, because my old church used to use scripture passages from the erroneous ramblings of Job’s friends as line verses to prove what they were teaching. And the whole time, at the end of the book, God is like, “Actually, they were wrong.” Context matters! Read the whole book!!!
